Bilawal brings much development experience to the Suite with his senior developer
background, expertise, and a degree in Computer Science. He joins our Customer Success
team from Pakistan, and we're thrilled to have him driving and

Welcome Jan-Henrik!

We are happy to welcome Jan-Hendrik as a new working student in our consulting team. He will support FACTON in data visualization using dashboards and assist in designing and implementing reporting systems. Jan has gained experience in IT and collaborative design thinking through workshops at the Hasso Plattner Institute. What makes him stand out is his high motivation. Recently, he built a drone and wrote the code for it himself. Besides his affinity for technology and software, he has a passion for team sports, especially basketball, and all water-related activities.🏄‍♀️🏀

We look forward to working with him.

Meet/Welcome Monique - our new team member in the HR department.

We are happy to have Monique as a working student in our HR team. She brings experience from online marketing and knowledge from her business administration and English studies at the University of Potsdam to FACTON. As an Aupair in the USA, she learned to approach people with an open mind. That's how she brings a positive atmosphere to the team.

When she's not working or studying, Monique enjoys exploring her hometown of Potsdam with her partner. 🏙🚶‍♀️

Jan, willkommen bei FACTON 🎉

Jan ist seit Januar 2023 bei uns und wird unser Consulting Team unterstützen. Mit seinem Master in Business Finance and Management und seiner Erfahrung im ist er die richtige Person, um ein optimales Umfeld für unsere Kunden zu schaffen. Jan kennt die Prozesse des in- und auswendig und bringt viel internationale Erfahrung in das Team ein. Mit ihm haben wir einen weiteren Mitstreiter gefunden, der die des vorantreibt!🌐

Jan genießt es, Zeit mit seinen Kindern zu verbringen. Außerdem interessiert er sich für Reisen, American Football 🏈 und ein gutes BBQ. Und was sollen wir sagen? Auch wir lieben BBQ 😊 ! Aber das ist nicht der einzige Grund, warum er perfekt zu uns passt 🙌.
