🚢 Ahoy, PineBerry team event update! ⚓️

We had a blast on the charming "MS Weinkönigin" boat, cruising along the serene rivers of Germany.
Great weather, beautiful surroundings, lots of fun and shared memories - and one or two glasses of wine. ☀️ 🛥️🍷

(The name "MS Weinkönigin" translates to "Wine Queen" in German. It added a touch of whimsy to our journey as we appreciated the connection between the boat's name and our enjoyment of the wines onboard.)

What do all these women have in common?
Exactly - they are superwomen!🦸‍♀️🦸🏽‍♀️🦸🏿‍♀️ Today, we're thinking of all these strong women in the world! Let's pick as an example: Did you know that African women make a sizeable contribution to the continent’s economy❓ They are more economically active as farmers and entrepreneurs than women in any other region of the world. 🌍

Still, less than 2% of the world’s capital is managed by women & people of color. There is a bias deeply rooted, so we need binding commitments and impact tracking to disrupt the unbearable status quo.

Let us create inclusive solutions for joint, co-creative projects and together! ⚡

Last Saturday was "Fun-At-Work-Day"! 🎉 We usually don't work on weekend days - but we seized this opportunity to come together for a typical Bavarian breakfast (white sausages + pretzels + sweet mustard + 🍻) and a afterwards!👨‍💻🧑‍💻
Each PineBerry Germany team member brought a project he or she wanted to work on - but in a relaxed and easygoing way. 🏝️ And there was much room for sharing ideas and group discussions.

That's why we're delighted to join the Impact Day on January 26 by Startupcampus 0711, being part of Hochschule Neu-Ulm's impact tour.

We really look forward to meeting up with like-minded changemakers and exchanging ideas with the other Florian Pachaly from RECUP , Theresa Schulz and Ferdinand Schulz from nordesign as well as Prof. Alexander Brem from University of Stuttgart! 🤝

It was a BLAST! 💥 Last week we came together for our long-awaited PineBerry Christmas Party 🎄🥳
And just like every year, it was legendary: We visited two markets, had a tiny little bit of mulled wine, went to a bar, looked back at this year's highlights and got presents: Branded PineBerry T-Shirts 🎁🎉

Finally, we played some fun games, until everyone almost fell asleep - at around 4 am in the morning 🙌

Here's to many more delighting and fun events in 2023! 🥂
