Production lead time is not just one KPI among many. It is the result of almost everything that happens in a factory.

Bopisa in Guadalajara, Mexico schedules production of flexible packaging for food products with Asprova APS since 2020. Before implementation, Bopisa scheduled production manually in Excel. The schedule could not keep pace with changing shop-floor conditions, causing orders to run out of sequence and delays to accumulate.

A global player in architectural aluminum systems, Alumil is a major name in the industry, designing and producing systems for windows, doors, façades, and other architectural applications.
