I picked a random restaurant off Google and gave their website a full upgrade in a few minutes.

Maripili Tapas Bar in Seattle. Their old site wasn't terrible. It just wasn't doing the one job a restaurant website exists to do: turn a visitor into a booking.

So I copied their info, their menu, their Google reviews, their gallery, and fed it all in. A couple of minutes later there was a brand new site sitting in front of me.

Menu built in. Photos pulled over. And the part that actually matters: you can now reserve a table directly on the page.

That's the whole game.

Most owners think a website is a brochure. It's not. It's a salesperson that works at 2am when you're closed. A pretty site that makes someone call to book is leaking money. A site that lets them book in 10 seconds is printing it.

The wild part isn't that AI can design something nice. It's that the thing that used to cost a small agency thousands and take weeks now takes an afternoon.

I built a complete website for a business before they even knew I existed.

Front page, every sub-page, all live to the public. No code touched.

Most people get this backwards. They wait for the client to say yes, then spend a week building. By then the lead is cold and the excitement is gone.

Flip it.

Build the finished demo first. Then call the business and say "I already made you a free version of your new site. Got 5 to 10 minutes to see it on a quick call?"

Now you're not selling an idea. You're showing them their own business, already done. The yes gets a lot easier when the work is already on the screen.

If they love it on the call, you hand it over. $500 upfront, $97 a month to keep it running.

One afternoon of work turns into a setup fee plus recurring income that compounds every month you keep a client.

The tools to do this in minutes already exist. The only thing stopping most people is they're still asking for permission before they build.
