Two years, three rotations and countless new experiences, connections and perspectives.
Earlier this week, we celebrated the graduation of our 2024 GN Graduate Program cohort. Throughout the programme, they have explored different parts of GN, taken on new challenges and developed through experiences across teams, functions and locations.
The Graduates celebrated alongside colleagues, mentors and leaders from across GN, including CEO Peter Karlströmer, who congratulated the Graduates on their achievements and the journey ahead.
“I’m really grateful for my Graduate Program experience at GN. It has given me a range of professional and personal experiences that helped me grow as a person - especially my rotation in Paris, which pushed me out of my comfort zone and broadened my horizons. Above all, I’m most proud of the connections I built with colleagues, mentors and fellow Graduates,” says Inês Moura, GN Graduate 2024 cohort.
For Tenna Hjermind, Talent Manager at GN, the value of the programme lies not only in the experiences the Graduates gain during their rotations, but in the mindset and relationships they can carry forward into whatever comes next.
She says: “I hope the Graduates take with them strong networks, curiosity and the courage to keep challenging the status quo. Their international experience and training in change management and cultural awareness have given them valuable tools to navigate change and connect across cultures.”
