From day one, you will participate in meetings, in which discussions and decisions about high-level strategy take place.

As an Executive Trainee you’ll be partnered with one of our CXO’s in a fast-track program suited for the particularly driven, curious and challenging person who thrives in a constantly changing environment. As an executive trainee at Telenor, you will be paired up with a CXO, a level 1 leader who is reporting to the CEO, and you will immediately be a part of the development of one of the world's l

argest Telco companies. You will get hands-on experience from a business where the pace of change is unprecedented - providing you with extraordinary abilities and giving you, a learning curve out of category. You will hold the unique position as Executive Trainee for a period of 12 months, giving you the opportunity to grow your network both inside and outside of Telenor, starting with your CXO. The Executive Trainee program will be your stepping stone to a great career in Telenor immediately after your trainee program. After a few years, a management role in Telenor Denmark or abroad could be within reach.
