Salesforce retired standard Messenger and SMS channels this summer. If your service org used them, customers hit dead ends now.
Standard Facebook Messenger channels were retired on 1 June. Standard SMS followed on 1 July. Orgs that never moved to the enhanced channels have queues that quietly stopped receiving.
The fix is a proper omnichannel setup, and it is smaller than most teams expect.
Our Service Cloud pack builds it in four weeks for 4,900 euros, fixed. Multi-channel support through email-to-case and web forms, a Service Console with everything agents need in one view, macros for the repetitive work, queues for workload, and reporting on closure rates and reasons.
WhatsApp is the option most teams ask about. We add it for 1,700 euros: one number, outbound templates sent directly from Salesforce, and a supervisor console.
Two support processes, 2 email-to-case addresses, 5 reports and a dashboard are in scope. Migration of up to 4 objects included.
If your channels still work, good. Book nothing. If they went quiet this summer, the scope and delivery plan sit in the first comment.
