Our UK dealer Carter Synergy in conjunction with Carter Coldstore Systems recently completed the installation of a unique, extremely effective and low-cost HACCP compliant temperature and humidity monitoring system. The award winning sensor system from Sensorist ensures the client remains able to monitor both temperature and humidity readings from their Banana Room on their site at the Birmingham Wholesale Market 24/7/365 and have these sensor readings stored remotely on the cloud.

This installation is the 7th on the site for the Sensorist system which provides the market traders with a highly cost-effective solution to their HACCP / legislative requirements.
