Today is no ordinary day for us at Nextway Software.
Today, we mark a significant milestone in our company's history.

After 38 years as a founder-owned company, today, we're thrilled to welcome Main Capital Partners as our new majority shareholder.

This partnership is an important step in our growth strategy and accelerates our efforts to become a leading European partner for organizations in and , and others that depend on mission-critical Enterprise Content Management ( ). 🌍

With Main Capital Partners on board, we gain a strong strategic ally to harness our potential, both for ourselves and for our customers. And we'll do so under the same company name and the same leadership of CEO Thomas Hougaard-Enevoldsen, COO Raphael Schlegel, CTO Kim Hellum, SVP Insurance Annette Weber, and SVP Finance Marcel Ritter. Chairman of the board – Lars Rüger – continues on the board of directors together with representatives from Main.

👋 Say hello to our newest tech teammates in Herning!

This week, we welcome Martin Klærke Jensen and Arunan Sritharan to our software crew.

Martin Klærke Jensen steps into the role of Software Engineering Team Lead, backed by almost twenty years of expertise in software development and leadership. With a standout track record, including some impressive time at LEGO, Martin's strategic insights and wealth of experience will be key to steer our eDMS solution towards even greater success. Martin takes over the role from Marianne Birkmose Østergaard who has moved onto becoming our Quality Manager.

Meanwhile, Arunan takes the helm as our new UX specialist, leveraging over 5 years of front-end development experience at Twoday CO3. His keen eye for detail and dedication to enhancing user experiences will undoubtedly elevate Next® Digital Workplace and our Nextway.cloud platforms to new heights.
