From the day everything became a little more real.

It has now been one month since Benno Baun Meldgaard joined SV-Audio as our Chief Technology Officer. Weiii! 🙌🏻

Bringing more than 30 years of experience in loudspeaker development, Benno adds an incredible depth of knowledge and experience to what we are building at SV-Audio.

For us, this is about much more than welcoming a new CTO. It is about strengthening our team, challenging ourselves, and raising the level of what we can achieve together.

We already have big ambitions for SV-Audio. With Benno now part of the team, those ambitions feel more possible than ever.

We cannot wait to show you what comes next.

We are proud to welcome Hifonix Studios as SV-Audio’s exclusive distribution partner for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), with the UAE as their home base. 🇦🇪

Led by Aseem Hussain, Hifonix brings many years of experience in high-end audio from the UK and UAE, with a strong focus on personal service, system matching, and meaningful listening experiences.

From our first conversations, it was clear that we share the belief that high-end audio is about more than products. It is about trust, experience, and a genuine passion for music.

Together, we look forward to establishing SV-Audio in the UAE and building our presence across the GCC.

Our first presentation together will take place at the High End & Smart Home Show Dubai 2026, September 25–26, where Hifonix Studios will demonstrate SV-Audio Frida and Gro.

Throwback to SouthWest Audio Fest.

Together with our partner Next Level HiFi, we showcased Fenja in a listening room of more than 1,000 square feetwith an almost 8-metre speaker placement.

We had never tested Fenja this far apart before, yet they effortlessly filled the room with a huge, immersive soundstage while maintaining exceptional focus and dynamics.

Moments like these remind us what Fenja is truly capable of.

Today marks an important milestone in SV-Audio's journey.

We are proud to announce that Benno Baun Meldgaard has joined SV-Audio as our new Chief Technology Officer.

With more than three decades of experience in loudspeaker design and development, Benno is widely recognized as the designer behind loudspeaker series including the Gryphon EOS Series and the Raidho TD Series.

For us, this appointment is about much more than welcoming one of the industry's most respected loudspeaker designers.

It confirms that the vision we have been building is attracting top-tier professionals who genuinely believe in where we are heading.

Throughout his career, Benno has pursued a philosophy very similar to our own, making this a natural fit. We share the same values and the long-term ambition to create loudspeakers that let the music speak for itself.
