We were also honoured to welcome representatives from the Embassy of Denmark in the UAE to our stand 🤝.

A great customer experience starts long before the box is opened. 👀📦

Many people think shipping is simply about getting goods from A to B. But a successful delivery involves much more than that.

We are currently preparing a large TETRA order for shipment, which seemed like the perfect opportunity to share three things we always prioritise before an order goes out the door:

✅ We carefully review packing lists to ensure everything is included.
✅ We plan the packaging to make the best use of space and ensure the contents are organised in a way that makes sense for the customer when unpacking.
✅ We carry out a final quality check and review the last details to ensure all requirements and guidelines have been met.

Ultimately, it is about making sure our customers receive the right equipment first time, avoiding unnecessary delays, and getting a solution that is easy to handle and deploy when it arrives.

When the details are taken care of from the outset, it saves time, reduces frustration, and helps everyone involved work more efficiently.

When the mine calls, communication cannot fail. ⛏️

Earlier in June, our partner IMS participated in the MTE Mining Exhibition in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. Mark Douglas, our General Manager, was there to support them at the booth.

Mining is one of the most demanding environments for radio communication.

High noise. Large sites. Teams spread across shifts. When something goes wrong, the radio network cannot be the weak link.

These were some of the key topics discussed throughout the exhibition, and we are proud to contribute to that dialogue.

At MTE, we had the opportunity to engage directly with mining professionals, discuss their communication challenges and explore solutions that support safer and more efficient operations
