OloumTech is a new Startup Company opening in Algeria (Algiers area). We are specialized in professional ICT training and technology vendors certifications. We work closely with the Network Service Providers and the top Global ICT Vendors, such as HUAWEI, CISCO, JUNIPER, VMWARE, etc.
We offer both digital and classroom training delivered virtually and in person, directly serving a wide variety of customers and staying current on all the latest technology, with challenging projects, a young and vibrant team, and an international experience through working with experts from different countries.
In order to guarantee the updating of the knowledge of our trainers, based on our collaboration with known and international training centers, our trainers must obtain different certifications and participate regularly in international seminars and conferences, and especially TTT (Training the Trainer) which are dedicated training courses for trainers.
Your mission will be to train and support customers employees, internal technical staff, developers, administrators, and individuals, guiding them through their learning experience and supporting them in the process of obtaining vendors certifications.
The courses will be remotely (using Video Conferencing Systems) or on-site, depending on the customer, which offers you the possibility of working at Home most of the time, especially during the current pandemic conditions.

Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led classroom and Virtual training to customers and partners on-site or online.
- Assist in developing and maintaining technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
- Ensure that the participants’ full satisfaction for all duration of the courses.
- Supporting all the processes of training organization
- Special Consulting Projects can be assigned.

Requirements

- At least a Bachelor's Degree (Licence) in Computer Science, Telecommunications or Electronics
- Speak French fluently and have a good understanding of English
- Good presentation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Optimism, Proactivity

Preferred Qualifications
---------------------------
- A strong “stage presence” and ability to manage a classroom of adult learners
- Work experience in teaching and training is highly desired
- Vendor’s certifications are highly desired (Huawei, Cisco, VMware, HP, …)
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Russian, or any other language is a plus
