Competitor and spectator registration will be managed by RK9 Labs at RK9.gg.
Registration for this event is open to all competitors in good standing with the Play! Pokémon program. Competitors must have an active Play! Pokémon account with current and accurate information. Online registration is required to participate. Registration is limited by space at the event.
Registration for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, the Pokémon video game, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE events will be divided into two waves on September 17 at the following times:
— Wave 1: September 17 at 10:00 a.m. BRT
— Wave 2: September 17 at 6:00 p.m. BRT
Your birth date is required to make sure you play in the correct age division for the event you are attempting to register for. Without the ability to confirm your birth date, you cannot register online for any event.
Refunds for registration are not available for this event. Additionally, registration is locked to a specific competitor and cannot be transferred.

Competitors badge pickup will happen at the registration area of the event at Expo Center Norte – Pavilhão Azul, from 5:00 pm BRT to 8 pm BRT on Thursday, Nov 14; and from 7:15 am BRT to 8:00 am BRT on Friday (Nov 15).
Spectators badge pickup will happen at the registration area of the event at Expo Center Norte – Pavilhão Azul, from 5:00 pm BRT to 8 pm BRT on Thursday, Nov 14; and from 7:15 am BRT to 5:00 pm BRT on Friday (Nov 15) and Saturday (Nov 16).
