If you think that creating a website with Wordpress costs too much, your intuition is correct.
We believe that such a service should not cost more than 90 Euros per month, including hosting [dedicated vps (virtual private server) included and 50 GB of storage space for emails] and we have several reasons why we say this :
📣1. The most important? Because the founder of Wordpress, Matt Mullenweg, makes it available to us for free, forever.
📣2. Because there are a lot of themes that other developers make available for free and the same can be said about pictures, which are another basic component of a website.
📣3. Because whoever wants to help and of course, help himself, knows how easy it is to change a wordpress theme like this, without increasing the bill to the customer just because “the normal user doesn't know how".
As always, however, there is the unknown part which, in this case, has 2 major components: updates and the necessary plugins [whenever possible we write our own].
These two are, in fact, the reasons why you need a monthly subscription, rather than giving away a lot of money and then leaving the site in ruins.
For everything to work well, someone needs to constantly update the website in its invisible part, and they need to make sure that those plugins are compatible with the updates.
This is the simplest explanation we could find to detail, at the very least, why a monthly subscription of 90 euros helps you more than giving a few hundred or thousands of euros, once.
Of course, things are a little more complicated than that, and we as developers usually end up doing a lot more for our customers than the 2 operations described above.
What do we offer within the 90 euros??
✅A correct design,
✅Adequate content (texts),
✅Even pictures if needed,
✅Your own vps and full functionality.
✅Moreover, you only have to make one call, or write on Whatsapp, when you need something related to the website, for example if you want to change something within it.
If you want, however, a customized version down to the smallest detail, with specific design, content writing word for word, etc. then things change with respect to the cost. And it's normal to be like that.
