Having worked in the restaurant industry ourselves, we have seen the struggle of restaurant owners, the financial strain and the pressure on staff to perform, even during the busiest times.
No restaurant owner willingly wants the quality of service to decrease, even when floor staff has been reduced in effort of saving costs.
