A well-known producer of confectionery and snacks from the EU approached Loovatech with a proposal to develop an alternative solution for dealing with production risks. We tell you about the results achieved during the year.

One of the company's enterprises was chosen to start the project and perform practical testing. Based on the research it was decided to create a mobile application for employees and a web console for engineers. Only 3 months later pilot versions of the product appeared in AppStore and Google Play stores.

The functionality of the application allows employees to quickly and conveniently record a risk and describe it in detail, attaching photos and videos. A detailed history of changes is generated for each case. A system of access rights has been implemented, allowing individual employees to access the information they need. You can quickly download the finished report. All reports are uploaded in a convenient form for the inspection bodies, as ready-to-sign documents.

Actual results:

Each employee can immediately report an incident and monitor its progress using a smartphone.
Employees can report incidents anonymously.
Corporate management can view all statistics on incidents of all factories in a uniform format, including their counts and resolution speed, and make informed decisions based on that data.
Incident descriptions can be accompanied by photo and video evidence instead of previously used paper logs.
Ready-made reports for authorities can be downloaded in two clicks.
The entire incident history is available in great detail, including comments and milestones.

A consortium from the EU uniting several dozens of food brands has been successfully using the procurement automation solution developed by Loovatech for 4 years already.

The retail business occupies a significant place in the structure of the group of companies. The company manages several retail chains, including convenience stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets. The management of the corporation decided to automate the process of interaction with suppliers within the subsidiary retail chain. In October 2019, the Loovatech team joined an internal discussion of the tasks and conducted pre-project consulting.

The solution proposed was to develop a public portal for the supermarket chain's suppliers. The MVP was implemented in three months. During six months the system was actively tested and finalized.

The procurement process has been fully automated. Both sides of the process: handling incoming vendor bids, and the initiation and conduct of tenders by the retailer's managers were subjected to digitalization.

Actual results:
4 000+ suppliers are currently registered in the procurement system
2 500+ additional bids received after a full year
1 300+ active product categories are available in the classifier
500+ supermarkets use the system daily
400+ inbound bids are received from suppliers per month
100+ suppliers offer their merchandise on a monthly basis
75 managers of the company are constantly working in the system
