🇵🇱 W zeszłym tygodniu Waybiller wziął udział w bardzo praktycznej dyskusji na temat ekspansji na rynek polski. Nasz Country Manager na Polskę, Markus Törnberg, podzielił się szczerymi wnioskami z naszej własnej drogi, co naprawdę działa w terenie, co nie działa i jak rzeczywistość często odbiega od początkowych oczekiwań przy wchodzeniu na nowy rynek.

Format był orzeźwiająco merytoryczny: prawdziwe firmy, prawdziwe wyzwania, zero lania wody. Miło było dzielić scenę z Mileną Zaszewską-Topczewską (Julianus Inkasso), Łukaszem Musiałkiewiczem (Enefit Polska), Jürim Martinem (Tavex) i Tomasem Pozlevicem (Frankenburg Technologies). Każde z nich wniosło do dyskusji konkretne, zdobyte w boju doświadczenia z działalności w Polsce.

Szerszy program dostarczył cennego kontekstu. Ambasador Estonii w Polsce Miko Haljas oraz Zastępca Szefa Ambasady RP w Estonii Anna Pełka mówili o rosnących więziach między oboma krajami coraz mocniejszych nie tylko w obszarze obronności, lecz również biznesu i handlu. Z kolei Martti Rell z Civitta przedstawił trzeźwą analizę polskiego rynku eksportowego: gdzie leżą szanse, gdzie bariery i jak podejść do wejścia w sposób pragmatyczny.

Polska gospodarka o wartości 1,1 bln euro nagradza firmy gotowe inwestować w lokalne know-how i długoterminowe relacje. Cieszymy się, że jesteśmy jedną z nich.

Last week, Waybiller took part in a highly practical discussion on expanding into the Polish market. 🇵🇱

The format was refreshingly substance-focused: real companies, real challenges, no fluff. It was great to share the stage with Milena Zaszewska-Topczewska (Julianus Inkasso), Łukasz Musiałkiewicz (Enefit), Jüri Martin (Tavex), and Tomas Pozlevic (Frankenburg Technologies), each offering sharp, first-hand perspectives on operating in Poland.

The broader programme added valuable context too. Estonian Ambassador Miko Haljas and Deputy Head of the Polish Embassy Anna Pełka spoke to the strengthening ties between Estonia and Poland, increasingly across business and trade, not just defence. And Civitta's Martti Rell gave a grounded read on Poland's export landscape: where the opportunities are, where the barriers sit, and how to approach entry practically.

Poland's €1.1T economy rewards companies willing to invest in local understanding and long-term relationships. We're glad to be one of them.

Big congratulations to Jörgen Ader, our December Monthly Guru at Thorgate! 🎉

This isn’t your first time being recognised, and that says a lot. Just like in March 2024 and May 2023, the same qualities stood out again: humility, calmness under pressure, and a consistent habit of underpromising and overdelivering.

What ties all of this together is how you show up: calm, dependable, curious, and genuinely good to work with. When that mindset meets your problem-solving skills, it can feel like magic even though we know it’s the result of thoughtful, disciplined work.
