On September 1, 2009, the Viseven story began in Zhytomyr, initially as QAP Int. And while we were taking our first steps, the world of technology was entering a whole new era.

Think back to 2008–2009: smartphones were becoming smarter, apps were changing how we connected, wireless audio was emerging, and new digital platforms were reshaping everyday life. 🚀
We were born right in the middle of this transformation — and over the next 17 years, we grew from a local team into a global Viseven family, constantly exploring what’s next, creating new solutions, and making every experience matter.
Today, we’re celebrating not just 17 years of Viseven, but the people who have made every year count. 💙
A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey — those who were here from the very beginning and those who joined along the way. Your ideas, energy, courage, and passion continue to move us forward.

Staying active together is about so much more than just physical fitness. It is about building trust, cheering each other on, and sharing genuine moments. When we step onto a court, balance on a board, or pick up a training sword, work routines fade away—making room for laughter, mutual support, and pure team energy. It is the ultimate mental reset that bridges distances and brings our distributed teams closer together.

As part of our summer Wellness Marathon, each location picked its own unique way to recharge:

🎾 Kyiv, Vinnytsia, and Poznan hit the courts for dynamic padel tennis sessions—fast-paced rallies, sharp reflexes, and great competitive spirit.

🏄‍♂️ Estonia embraced the water and found their balance with scenic stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).

⚔️ Zhytomyr went for an unconventional adventure and tried Soft Swording (historical medieval combat with soft safety gear)—channeling their inner knights for adrenaline and a fun emotional release!

Different activities, different cities, but one shared strength: our people. 💪

At Viseven, our team is deeply passionate about wellness, healthy living, and staying active—no matter where in the world we are working from. Supporting well-being is a core part of our culture, which is why our annual UniMarathon has officially returned for its 3rd edition!
Over the past 5 weeks, Viseveners have brought incredible energy to every single challenge. Together, we’ve:
👟 Stepped: Crushed daily movement targets and logged thousands of kilometers.
🚴‍♂️ Cycled: Shifted gears for some serious pedal-power motivation.
🥗 Cooked: Shared hundreds of colorful, nutrient-dense plates to fuel from within.
🎙️ Shared: Showcased our favorite sport passions—from yoga and running to gym sessions and water sports.
🚀 Dared: Stepped out of our comfort zones to test brand-new sports and activities!

Our final challenge—UniRun—is officially underway! To celebrate Viseven’s 17th Anniversary, our team is hitting the pavement, trails, and treadmills to complete 17 km. 🏃‍♀️
Every single runner who crosses the 17 km finish line will earn an exclusive, physical Anniversary Medal! But only one ultimate champion—the participant who successfully completed every single weekly challenge of the marathon—will be crowned UniChampion 2026 and win a full set from the new UniShop Summer Collection! 🏆

To mark International Women in Engineering Day, observed each year globally, we join the international initiative to recognize the contributions of women in engineering and technology and to highlight the importance of diversity in the tech industry.

Today, women are increasingly shaping the future of technology — leading engineering teams, building innovative solutions, and driving product development on a global scale. However, women remain underrepresented in engineering worldwide, comprising only about 16–20% of the engineering workforce, depending on the region and industry.

At Viseven, we are proud to support this movement: women make up 30% of our tech professionals, playing an essential role in our engineering teams and contributing daily to innovation and complex technical challenges.
