🤩For the 14th time, we are happy to announce that World Usability Day Estonia is coming!🤩
It is only 40 days away!
The theme for WUD2022 is “Our health”. Without the health of our planet and ourselves, we have no chance of survival. Technology can either hurt it or improve it. Digital solutions can have a massive effect on our mental and physical health and even help combat pollution and deforestation. This year we will continue with the hybrid format which combines a live event (Kultuurikatel, Põhja puiestee 27a, Tallinn) with an online event. And this year we will have an afterparty! 🥳

NordiCHI 2020 will happen!

However, as there is great uncertainty about the evolution and impact of COVID-19, we are monitoring the situation and investigating possibilities. We will keep the website updated with information related to any changes to conference format and attendance modalities.

We also recognise that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, authors may have been forced to reschedule work and realign priorities, with potential impact on their ability to complete planned submissions to meet eminent NordiCHI 2020 deadlines. To accommodate such unforeseen events, submission deadlines have been updated.

Main submission deadlines are now:

* 22 April 2020 - Research papers abstract submission
* 4 May 2020 - Research papers and case studies submission
* 23 June 2020 - Notifications sent

Please, also note that ACM has modified the Publication Workflow and Article Templates for the submission and publication process. Authors must now write and submit their papers using the single-column "Review Submission Format".

The revised lengths of research papers submitted to NordiCHI 2020 are:

* Long research papers - up to 15 pages long in single-column format excluding references
* Short research papers - up to 6 pages long in single-column format, excluding references
