I eat carbs every single day.
Rice, potatoes, sourdough…all of it.

It falls out because your body is under-resourced and hair growth is the first thing it cuts.

Three things I see most often in practice:
→ Not enough protein
→ Low ferritin (even without anemia)
→ Too little food overall

We’re happy to share that Eated has been selected to take part in the Challenger Accelerator — a three-month program for European startups in HealthTech, EdTech, and AI.

This year, 16 teams were chosen, and being among them feels meaningful because of the program’s focus on scaling with clarity, purpose, and real users in mind.

We kicked things off this week with the first session, “Going beyond product–market fit”, led by Farid Singh

A few ideas that strongly resonated with how we build Eated:
💚 Product–market fit isn’t a milestone you reach once.
Every time the product changes — a new feature, a new value proposition — the fit needs to be rechecked and refined. This is exactly how Eated app team works: iterate, observe, adjust.
💚 Listening > surveying.
Real understanding comes from deep conversations, not just forms or dashboards. Eated is built on thousands of hours of real coaching practice by and continuous customer development.
💚 Growth only works when the problem stays clear.
We want traction, but not at the cost of understanding. That’s why Eated doesn’t push calorie counting or restrictions — we guide, observe, and help people choose what works for their bodies.

Over the next three months, the program will support us across business, product & tech, and founding — exactly the kind of structured, intentional growth we value at Eated.
