WordPress Customer Support Required
Code125 is looking for a Customer Support Agent for our WordPress Themes and Plugins.
Job Description:
- Help Code125 Customer with their inquiries about our Products.
- Perform pre-release testing for Code125 Products to ensure quality and usable products.
- Provide weekly report on updates/requests and fixes for Code125 Products.
- Provide instantaneous report on critical issues.
- Provide documentation enhancements based on our customers questions and feedback.
- Write blog articles about WordPress.
Working conditions:
- This is a part time job. We expect you to provide 2-4 working hours daily, 5 days a week.
- This is a remote job, you can work from anywhere you want as long as you deliver your work on time.
- There is an option to join our office in Alexandria, It is located in Moharam Bek District.
- Working hours are flexible, no commitment on specific hours each day, but no ticket should pass 24 hours without having it answered.
Job minimum requirements
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Good WordPress knowledge. “Installation, running and debugging Wordpress websites”
- Good communication skills. Be able to communicate with customers and leave a good impression about our service.
- Excellent time management skills. Customers should receive a reply in a timely manner.
- Good knowledge in PHP, HTML, CSS and JS.
- Good internet connection
In order to have a real-work situation, we will be conducting a simple test for all the applicants. Kindly find the details below.
- Please go to https://testdrive.code125.com/ and create a test-drive website using your email and choose Master WordPress Theme as your test theme.
- Prepare an answer for a customer that wants to change the default blog layout in the theme.
- You can find the default blog layout settings in Theme Options -> Blog
- Also, Prepare a documentation article that explains how the default blog assigning work. Feel free to use images,video, GIFs or any other necessary media you find helpful.
