Hands on Lab, build your experiences
Our intention is to apply IT knowledge, not just the accumulation of knowledge.

By the end of CCNA Practical Studies, your confidence and skill level in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco devices will have greatly increased. We ourselves came through the ranks of CCNA, CCNP, and CCVP, and through those experiences we learned. knowing VOIP and networking theory is different than configuring a networking device to operate according to that theory. During the certification process, we often experienced the frustration of understanding networking concepts and lacked the knowledge of how to configure networking devices according to those concepts in a real-world environment. These experiences made us feel that more hands-on experience was needed to understand the configuration tasks necessary to configure Cisco devices from start to finish.

Practical Skills.

**Our Success Is Measured by Your Growth.**

From Knowledge to Practice**

🎯 **Our goal is not just to teach — it's to build practical skills.**

🚀 **A New Journey Begins at HandOnSite Academy!**

Every professional skill starts with learning, practice, and the right tools.

Our new **Active & Passive Network Infrastructure Diploma** group has completed its first two lectures, taking the first steps toward building real-world networking skills.

🔹 Hands-on Structured Cabling
🔹 Network Tools & Cable Testing
🔹 Practical Skills with Real Equipment
🔹 Learning by Doing — Not Just Theory!

At HandOnSite Academy, we focus on helping trainees understand the technology, work with professional tools, and build practical skills step by step.

🚀 **One More Milestone Completed at HandOnSite Academy!**

Today, our trainees completed the **Switching module**, covering an essential part of real-world network infrastructure.

🔹 **Inter-VLAN Routing:** Connecting VLANs and enabling communication between different network segments.

🔹 **Syslog & Logging:** Understanding how network devices report events and how engineers use logs to monitor activity and troubleshoot problems.

🔹 **Configuration Logging & Archiving:** Learning how to keep configuration history and track changes for better network management and troubleshooting.

But the journey doesn't stop here! 🔥

📍 **Next Session: Routing Fundamentals**

Our trainees are moving from Switching to Routing, building their knowledge step by step and connecting the concepts into a complete network.

At HandOnSite Academy, we don't just teach commands — we train engineers to understand, configure, verify, and troubleshoot real networks.

**Real Labs. Real Practice. Real Skills.**

**VLANs in Action! 🚀**

Understanding VLANs is more than learning commands — it’s about understanding how networks are designed, segmented, and managed.

At **HandOnSite Academy**, our trainees put theory into practice by working with real networking equipment, configuring VLANs, and exploring how devices communicate across different network segments.

💡 **Learn the concept. Configure the network. Test the results. Troubleshoot the problem.**

Because real networking skills are built through hands-on experience!

🚀 **From VLANs to Inter-VLAN Routing — Real Hands-On Networking!**

Today, our trainees moved into a new level of practical networking.

They worked on VLAN configuration, trunk links, and Inter-VLAN Routing, learning how to connect different network segments and enable communication between them.

At **HandOnSite Academy**, we don’t just teach commands. We build real skills through hands-on practice, troubleshooting, and understanding how networks work.

**Configure it. Test it. Troubleshoot it. Understand it.** 💻🔧

Building confidence through hands-on repetition
We explored the switch from the beginning:

• Understanding the device and its operating modes
• Creating users and secure access credentials
• Setting basic switch configurations
• Console access
• Telnet access
• Practicing the essential commands needed to work with the device

-The goal is to remove the mystery.
-To make the CLI familiar.
-To make the switch feel less intimidating.
-To build confidence through practice.

Because our goal is not for a trainee to say:
"I have seen this before."

We want them to say:
"Give me the switch. I know where to start."

At HandOnSite Academy, we believe that confidence comes from understanding + hands-on practice + repetition.

Real Equipment.
Real Practice.
Real Confidence.

Today, they met the switch for the first time. 🔌
There was a little hesitation at the beginning.
-Where do we start?
-What is this device telling us?
-What happens if we type this command?

>>Then we started exploring.
# They connected to the switches, ran SHOW commands, looked at the device status, checked its configuration, explored its capabilities, identified its operating modes, and discovered neighboring devices.

☕️ The goal is to become comfortable enough with the device.

The trainees reviewed the proposed numbering, discussed an alternative approach, and the revised proposal was approved by the consultant before implementation.
