I hope this message finds you well. As I approach my 50th birthday, I find myself reflecting on the blessings in my life and the opportunities I've had to make a positive impact on others. This milestone has inspired me to embark on a special journey to give back and make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate.

In lieu of traditional birthday celebrations, I've decided to use this occasion as an opportunity to support a cause that's incredibly important to me: providing hot meals for children in need. It's heartbreaking to think that there are kids in our world who go to bed hungry, and I believe that together, we can change that.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our Sales team and contribute in general sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1) Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
2) Answer questions about products or the company.
3) Go to the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
4) Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
5) Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
6) Enter and update customer information in the database.
7) Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Education, skills and Experience Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree.
2) Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role, preferably within the software/IT industry.
3) Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.
4) Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
5) Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
6) Cool tempered and able to handle rejection.
7) Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
8) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary
Net Salary for the Telesales Representative is EGP 3000.

Working hours and benefits:

-Main Responsibilities:
Analyze the requirements and contribute to estimating the development efforts.
Contribute to designing feasible implementations to apply the required specifications.
Assure all the developed use cases are functional as expected using unit testing.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

-Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
+3 years of software development experience.
Working experience with PHP Laravel, Node.js, and Express.js.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript &object-oriented design principles.
Strong knowledge & practical experience with design patterns.
Excellent understanding of structured database design concepts and practices.
Must be competent with Git and Github (including rebasing, resolving merge conflicts).
Experience with Continuous Integration systems.
Excellent problem solving and research skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing expert knowledge in multiple areas: backend technologies, frontend technologies, performance, testing, and deployment.
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

Miss being in the office? 🤗We feel the same too, but we don't let that stop our bonding and taking care of each other. The past few months have been rough for everyone. Between a complete change in lifestyle, lock-down and facing new challenges because of working from home all the time. Luckily, at IVA system, it wasn’t a new experience and we are still trying to learn to make the most of our work from home experience.
IVA system wants to send a huge thanks to all IVA family. Everyone has jumped to help and keep the company running remotely and in the office. You’re all amazing! ❤️

We know Working from home, isn't as fun as working from office so, we hope these circumstances end soon to get back to our office.

At IVA system we encourage youth's potential through many internships we represent every year and that's how we want to be a part of a positive society who knows the importance of technical and educational training. Let's speak up and improve youth skills and change the world.

15 يوليو هو اليوم العالمي لمهارات الشباب.. و الهدف من اليوم ده هو التشجيع المستمر للشباب عشان يطوروا من نفسهم من و هما صغيرين لحد ما يتخرجوا و بكده يكون قدامهم أكتر من فرصة في سوق العمل.. ده غير الخبرة اللي بيكتسبوها بتقدر تأهلهم أنهم يبدأوا المشوار.
و في IVA System احنا حريصين على المشاركة دايما مع الشباب عشان يقدروا ياخدوا الخبرة دي من خلال برامج تدريب بنقدمها كل فترة عشان يبدأوا خطواتهم الأولى في حياتهم العملية.
