Graphic Designer
Nyota is hiring a senior graphic designer to serve as the artist master for Nyota and it's existing clients.

A graphic designer is a creative yet efficient individual with a passion for art and a flexible mind
that allow him/her grasp both graphic design trends and different clients’ preferences, with a
balancing character between attaining high-quality visuals and meeting deadlines to give
organisations a proper digital appearance via all required digital channels.

You'll work to a brief agreed with the client, creative director or account manager and will
develop creative ideas and concepts. The appropriate media and style has to be chosen to
meet the client's objectives.

The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional
approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

4. retouching and manipulation
5. Basic Photography skills
8. Flexible and open minded
9. Attention to details
10. Time and priority management

Account Manager
Nyota is hiring account manager to serve as the interface between Nyota and our existing clients.

Duties.
Help developing and implementing the agency’s strategy regarding marketing and especially customer relationship management.
Extract ongoing client briefs to help cross-selling and up selling steps and mutual understanding.
Represent the agency in contacting assigned current clients and along the lifetime of the relationship (calls, ongoing pitches, cross-selling, up selling...)
Prepare and update the sales kit (co. profile, portfolio, pitching,..) with relevant team members.
Represent the client in front of the agency’s internal team by ensuring a proper ex*****on of all activities.
Prepare creative briefs, plans, and ongoing proposals with the team members.
Handle the back and forth negotiations of ongoing demands..
Ensure agency promises are timely and effectively met by handling team capacities and resources of all personally-handled accounts.
Handle monitoring, reports, insights, and feedback about client relationship and agency performance (via documents & sessions)
Help in the gathering, research, and analysis processes for every account.
Pitches finished concepts and pieces to clients.
Keep updated with digital trends, community mood, and key brand insights.
Make sure of payment delivery and contract renewals.

Skills & Competencies
Marketing background.
Digital marketing knowledge
Digital agency background is a plus
Two years experience is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills
Reporting and documentation skills
Arabic and English fluency
Follow up and time management skills
Emotional intelligence and conflict management
Problem solving and creative thinking
Negotiation skills

Over the years we have changed a lot in doing business, this is one of those changes:- from Quattro to a new fresh start "Nyota".

We have learned that life is a combination of good and bad times.
We are abundantly grateful to the difficult times. Past, present and the ones ahead.
