Delays caused by missing client approvals, content, or required assets may affect delivery timelines. Revision Policy
Every project includes the number of revisions agreed upon in the Service Agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed deliverables may incur additional charges. Refund Policy
At TVS Agency, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of digital marketing and creative services:
Payments made for completed work are non-refundable. If work has not yet commenced, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing may take 7–14 business days. Cancellation Policy

في وكالة TVS Agency (Televirgins) نلتزم بحماية خصوصية عملائنا والحفاظ على سرية وأمان جميع البيانات والمعلومات الشخصية.

سياسة الدفع
يتم سداد 50% مقدماً قبل بدء تنفيذ المشروع.
يتم سداد الـ50% المتبقية وفقاً لجدول الدفع المتفق عليه في اتفاقية الخدمة.
الخدمات الشهرية يتم سدادها مقدماً ما لم يتم الاتفاق على غير ذلك.
قد يؤدي التأخر في السداد إلى إيقاف الخدمات مؤقتاً حتى استلام المستحقات.
سياسة تنفيذ الخدمات
تختلف مدة تنفيذ الخدمات حسب نطاق العمل، ويتم تحديدها في اتفاقية الخدمة.
أمثلة على المدد المتوقعة:
إدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي: خدمة شهرية مستمرة.
تصميم الهوية التجارية: من أسبوعين إلى أربعة أسابيع.
تطوير المواقع الإلكترونية: من 3 إلى 8 أسابيع.
إعداد الحملات الإعلانية: من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل.
قد تتأثر مدة التنفيذ في حال تأخر العميل في إرسال المحتوى أو الموافقات المطلوبة.
سياسة التعديلات
يشمل كل مشروع عدد التعديلات المتفق عليه في اتفاقية الخدمة.
أي تعديلات إضافية أو طلبات خارج نطاق العمل المتفق عليه قد تستوجب رسوماً إضافية.
سياسة الاسترجاع
في TVS Agency نسعى دائماً إلى تحقيق رضا عملائنا.
ونظراً لطبيعة خدمات التسويق الرقمي والخدمات الإبداعية:
لا يمكن استرداد قيمة الأعمال التي تم تنفيذها أو تسليمها.
في حال عدم بدء تنفيذ العمل، يمكن دراسة طلب الاسترجاع وفقاً لكل حالة.
يتم رد أي مبالغ معتمدة بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
تستغرق عملية الاسترجاع من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل.
سياسة الإلغاء
يمكن للعميل إلغاء الخدمات الشهرية بإشعار كتابي وفقاً لمدة الإشعار المحددة في اتفاقية الخدمة.
وتظل جميع المبالغ المستحقة عن الأعمال المنفذة أو الفواتير الصادرة واجبة السداد.
السرية
تلتزم TVS Agency بالحفاظ على سرية جميع بيانات العملاء وخططهم التسويقية وملفاتهم وأصولهم الرقمية، ولن يتم الإفصاح عنها لأي طرف ثالث إلا بموافقة كتابية من العميل أو إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً بموجب القانون.
