Job Role:
The Job Role is to coordinate, manageme and execute proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support and to implementation change requests in a timely and correct manner by focusing on the allocation, implementation, configuration, activation and testing of specific services or resources. This Job Role should be aligned with the Service Functions ”2nd Level Assurance” and “Service & Resource Fulfilment”.

Key Responsibilities:
§ Ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
§ Performs trend analysis to proactively detect possible failures. This shall ensure 2nd level restoration and repair as a result of its own analysis or when prompted by 1st Level Operations Service Function processes.
§ Guarantee that Ericsson delivers a technical solution in accordance to the agreed change request (specification) and in co-operation with the customer, assuring that changes are correctly implemented without causing any negative impact on the availability of the services
§ Act to meet the service or resource requirements, in the cases in which an overall and high level network knowledge is required or when knowledge on specific products or services is required, from an end to end perspective
Requirements
§ Bachelor degree in engineering (IT, Telecom).
§ 3-5 years’ experience in similar role.
§ Very good command of English language.

Place: Egypt -> Remote projects for STC in Saudi Arabia

Job Description:
§ Responsible for the complete RF site IP Design. IP/VLAN Design verification using STC tools such as TRENDS, JISOW, & IPAM.
§ Coordination with STC WNI Team, Backhaul Team, & STC IP Design Team for Offline design & design change request. Make sure all the required design for the particular sites are in place, carefully check and analyzed in data base.
§ Perform MPLS configuration and hand-over prepared, finalized and configured design ready for testing to end2end coordinator, RF integrator, Implementation Manager & Coordinator.
§ Provide support to field deployment for new nodes and Technology circuits. Carefully analyzed given design (live/offline) possibilities of no conflict and clear of redundancies in live network (Cisco, Huawei, & Juniper platform).
§ Perform VLAN configuration request to GPON team, prepare and finalized design must be configured correctly and precise base on requirements.
§ Maintenance Down Time support for Daytime & Nigh time, provide Field support/coordination.
§ Network Project Tracking System update for every RF Technology.
§ Security Change Request for BB Serial #, Traffic IP, Management IP, & MBSS, Attending Meeting with Juniper/Fortinet/Huawei security teams getting updates of new policy in Security SCR requests.
§ Troubleshoot with STC IPMPLS & GPON Team.
§ Troubleshoot with STC FNI & DWDM.
§ Troubleshoot with STC IP security & Cybersecurity, Coordinating with Huawei, Juniper, and Fortinet team discussing the policy and procedure to allow Ericsson network traffic to STC core and cross checking the open ports and Advise them to close unwanted ports.
§ Troubleshoot with STC CORE manage service for OSS/ENM, BSC, RNC, MME, SGW, & NTP.
§ Coordinating with all Vendor Duty Managers to support and escalate the pending issue from their side

Job Description:
§ Router Team scope of work expands from the early stage of designing LLD solution for each specific project by meeting with Integration Team, Solution Architect and Implementation teams to provide and confirm all connections scenarios.
§ Providing support for ASPs and End to End testers for all activities involving Router (10GE Migration, Backhaul migration, 5G Integration) with resources allocated for daytime and nighttime support.
§ Automation support to use new integration methods (ZT-AI and ZT-LMT) by configuring required DHCP relay configuration in Router.
§ Using python scripts written within the team to accelerate the effectiveness and efficiency of the support.
§ Implementing most complex IP routing like OSPF,IS-IS, BGP for sites where BH protection is needed and in Core site like DC-GW & PE-AGG .
§ Working closely with MNOC acceptance team to clear all issues that stop the sites acceptance process.
§ Performing periodical SW upgrade on Router, TCU and SIU with SBS project team.
§ Ordering and installing licenses for all services keeping the router performance at its highest value.
§ Admin roles in tools such as SRS, IMK and ESI.

Experience with the following tools required: ELIS/CORA, OSS/ENM, TX - ENM, ESI, SRS, IMK, SW GW.

§ Coordinating with STC design for challenges to implement critical MW link implementation and getting special approval of acceptance of SoW.
§ Checking and resolving multiple issues related to Jobs process in NPTS/BPM portal in coordination with STC process & tools (BAT) team and getting Job acceptance in system.
§ Perform complete Health Check for Backhaul, Microwave, Routers, & RF Technologies using STC & Ericsson Tools.
§ Follow up with Implementation Managers/Coordinator for dependency clearance.
§ Acceptance Mitigation & Resolution to Change Management Team.
