Stealing and goods transferring are usually reported in the media in the U.S.A, European countries, as well as China, which is one of the worlds’ largest logistics market.

1- CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation), during the transportation of its petroleum products from the oil storage to service station, the alleged loss valued a large amount of money.

2- P&G, who holds large amount of stores in cities and towns, often find that their goods have been switched in the process of logistics.

10 أشياء تجعل منك إدارى ناجح

🔴 العشوائية فى الأداء تقتلك مهنيا فإنتبه جيدا

إذا أردت أن تكون إدارى ناجح قم بتنظيم الأعمال الخاصة بك ،وترتيب الأولويات بناء على الوقت وضمن مواعيد محددة، كخطوة هامة تساعد على إنجاز الأعمال في وقتها.

🔴 مهارات الاتصال والتواصل احد مفاتيح النجاح

الشخص الذى يمتلك القدرة على التأثير فى الأخرين دائما ما يصل لقمة الهرم الإدارى بشكل اسرع من غيره ،لذلك عليك أن تحرص داوما على تنمية مهارات التواصل الفعال مع الآخرين .

🔴 لا تكتفى بالأحلام واجعل لنفسك أهداف محددة :

أحد أهم الطرق السليمة لتحقيق النجاح هو وضع هدف أو مجموعة أهداف محددة بمعدل زمنى للإنجاز ، فالطموح و الأحلام وحدها لا تكفى .

🔴 اكتشف ما تمتلكه من نقاط قوة و استثمرها

كل شخص لديه ما يكفي من المهارات والقدرات المختلفة، لذلك عليك اكتشاف نقاط القوة والعمل على تطويرها بشكل متواصل لتكون بداية الإنطلاق نحو تحقيق أهدافك .

🔴 كن شخص مبادر دوما

اصنع لنفسك صورة ذهنية إيجابية فى محيط عملك ، كن متحمس دوما و مبادر فغالبا ما يحظى الشخص الإيجابى على ثقة رؤسائه ما يجعله يتدرج وظيفيا اسرع من غيره

🔴 لا تتخلى عن أهدافك لمجرد أنك فشلت

الأشخاص الذين لا يعترفون بالفشل لديهم قصص نجاح ملهمة للكثيرين ، نعم فشلوا لكنهم لم يعرفوا الاستسلام وواصلوا تحدياتهم للظروف، هم مميزون لأنهم استطاعوا التغلّب على المشاعر السلبية المحبطة ونهضوا من جديد واصبحوا أكثر قوة .

🔴 الإدارى الناجح هو شخص مغامر لكنه غير متهور

إذا أردت أن تكون شخصية ناجحة عليك بتنفيذ الأعمال المختلفة دون تردد، فالإدارى الناجح يتّخذ القرارات الحاسمة والتي قد يكون فيها نوع من المغامرة ،لكنه يتحمل مسؤولية تلك القرارات، والسبب أنّه لديه ما يكفي من الثقة بنفسه.

🔴 لا تؤجل أعمالك لوقت لاحق واحرص على الإنجاز:

إنجاز الأعمال مهما كانت حجمها في وقتها المحدد يجعل منك شخصية ناجحة ، يجب عليك عدم تأجيل أي عمل ليوم الغد لتتجنّب تراكم الأعمال والمهمات ، تراكم الأعمال لن يجعلك تنتهى منها بالدقة أو بالجودة المطلوبة.

🔴 افتح أذنيك لتجارب الأخرين

إذا أردت أن تكتسب الخبرة بشكل أكبر يجب أن يكون الاستماع أكثر من التكلم، فمن خلال الاستماع إلى من هم أدنى خبرة ومكانة أو العكس يمكن التعلم من تجارب جميع الأطراف.

🔴 اصنع حولك هالة من الإيجابية:

العامل النفسي له التأثير الأكبر في الحياة، فمن خلال جذب الأفكار الإيجابية والتفكير دائماً بإيجابية، فإنّ ذلك يعتبر كفيلاً بتحقيق النجاح من خلال السعي للأهداف بروح الحماس والتفاؤل.
