Operations & Finance Coordinator

We’re hiring a responsible person to control project flow and financial follow-up inside a fast-paced advertising & production company.
Main Duties
Track projects from quotation to collection
Follow up client payments & supplier dues
Organize job files and approvals
Issue invoices & monitor balances
Coordinate between sales, production & management
Prevent executing jobs without proper documents
Requirements
1–4 years experience (operations / admin / accounting)
Strong follow-up personality
Organized & detail oriented
Good Excel
Experience in advertising/production companies is a plus
