Job Title: Cost Accountant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Cost Accountant with 2+ years of experience in production costing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the product lifecycle—from raw materials and components to assembly and finished products—along with inventory costing and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate product costs, including raw materials, components, labor, and overhead.
- Monitor inventory costing, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods valuation.
- Analyze cost variances, profitability, and prepare cost reports.
- Support month-end closing and maintain accurate cost records.
- Issue Egyptian Electronic Tax Invoices (e-Invoices).
- Prepare accounting reports and supporting schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in cost accounting for manufacturing, assembly, or product-based businesses.
- Strong knowledge of production costing, inventory valuation, and cost control.
- Experience with the Egyptian e-Invoice system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
