📌Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate to join our Sales team as a Sales Account Manager/ Sales Engineer. This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Account Manager/ Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, providing strategic sales insights, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting using a multi-channel
• Approach: (Door knocking, Emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, etc.) to generate new leads from a defined target market.
• Qualification & Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls with generated leads to identify pain points, understand business needs, and assess their fit against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using methodologies such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
• Opportunity Creation: Convert qualified leads into scheduled meetings.
• Pipeline Management: Accurately track and manage all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM, maintaining a clean and up-to-date pipeline.
• Negotiation & Closing: Own the end-to-end negotiation process for the solution development and salescycle. You are responsible for getting the contract signed.
• Market Intelligence: Serve as the “ears” of the company, gathering feedback and insights from the market about customer needs and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
2. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience (internships are a plus).
3. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
4. Pashion to perform market research and analyze competitive trends to identify opportunities.
5. Self-starter with a strong work ethic, resilience, and a "hunter" mentality.
6. Eagerness to learn and build a career in sales.
7. Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
8. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
