Odoo has announced a change to its Enterprise Support policy.
Support is now available for all Odoo versions, including:
• Technical assistance
• Bug fixes
• Security updates
• Upgrade services

However, customers using versions more than three releases behind will have a 25% additional fee added to their annual Enterprise subscription.

Odoo Online customers are not impacted, as upgrades are handled automatically.
For Odoo.sh and On-Premises customers, the new policy applies to new and renewed subscriptions moving forward. Odoo.sh now officially supports the five latest major versions.

Our recommendation? Upgrading to a newer Odoo version remains the best way to benefit from improved performance, enhanced security, and the latest features.
