Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated marketing specialist with 1–2 years of experience to support and create marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive lead generation, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute marketing strategies and plans aligned with company goals.
Develop, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms, website updates, and email campaigns.
Support digital marketing activities, including paid advertising, basic SEO, and performance tracking.
Conduct market and competitor research to support data-driven marketing decisions.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
Assist in organizing marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in f Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, content marketing, email marketing, and basic SEO).
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Team player with a proactive, growth-oriented attitude.
