Software QA Lead / Test Manager (Spain)
DoubleVee is looking for a top notch Software QA Lead / Test Manager who is willing to relocate to Spain and work with one of our clients there.
You will be required to manage a small team of testers who will execute your defined test strategy.

Qualifications & work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication engineering or equivalent degree.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality management.
- Experience in full software development life cycle and methodologies.
- Be able to debug issues to provide accurate severities and descriptions.
- Ability to think outside the box (open minded) to enable significant defect reductions, improvements in our overall quality and to find solutions to the problems.
- Good at planning (test schedule, resource planning,…).
- Ability to manage QA processes, as well as personally write test cases, execute tests,..
- Assess Quality issues from Customer point of view.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Spanish language is a plus.
- Proactivity, Energy, Dynamism and Motivation.
- Must have excellent teamwork, communication, networking, and leadership skills.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams.
