Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the project budget to reach to the targeted contribution margin for each project.
- Prepare the monthly cost report and based on the cost report will provide the advice for the project team for the cost performance and profitability to aid the Project team taking the proper decisions.
- Evaluating the progress in terms of cost by following the earned value management method.
- Identifying the Cost variance and forecasting the variance at completion.
- Discussing the monthly report with the concern department and identifying the action plan.
- Check the possibility to raise any potential variations with project team.
- Prepare the EOT claims & support the Project team for all backups required for variations submission
- Check / prepare the budget for the wined change orders
- Identifying the lessons learned based on the analysis derived from the cost reports
- Review the contract after the amendment to update the budget accordingly.
- Linking between the commercial and technical aspects of the project to ensure the proper cost efficiency during the project life cycle.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Min. 5 years of experience in project control management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- PMP is preferred.

Job Requirements:
1) Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, (steel structure graduation project is preferred).
2) Years of Experience: 2-6 years of experience in steel structural design and detailing.
3) Experience in steel members and connections design.
4) Experience in Construction Staged Analysis is a plus.
5) Expert user with Design programs (SAP2000, ETABS, Staad, IDEA STATICA, ANSYS, RAM Conn, Limcon)
6) Basic Knowledge of Detailing software: Autocad, TEKLA.
7) Very good English.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Study project documents (drawings, design reports and 3D models) from a construction point of view.
2) Prepare Er****on Method statement for steel structures.
3) Perform construction staged analysis by one of design software.
4) Design temporary steel items (props, temporary connections, lifting lugs…etc.).
5) Check the connections design and the 3D models for er****on feasibility of steel assemblies.
6) Prepare lifting plans for steel elements, including design checks for lifting, and determine the required cranes.

Job Title:
1) Estimation Engineer

Job Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
2- Experience minimum 1 years in estimation of steel fabrication (especially tanks and process equipment), Familiar with codes and standards (API 650 / 620, ASME VIII Div.1 / 2)
3- Microsoft Office Expert.
4- Excellent English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Job Responsibilities:
1- Retrieves inquiry requirements, specification, standards as basis for preparing quotation required by client.
2- Study all project specifications, drawings, and prepare cost analysis and techno-commercial proposal in accordance with client requirements.
3- Prepares project budget based on purchase order (P.O.) for the ex*****on of the project.
4- Coordinates with Procurement regarding price of materials, paints, and bolts, among others, with Planning and Fabrication for man-hours to fabricate, with Surface Treatment for man-hours of painting works, cost of transport and shipment as bases for project cost estimation.

Job Responsibilities:

1- Monitors the market and identify opportunities for further follow up and eventually soliciting inquiries for new projects and from new clients in new markets.
2- Follows up with clients and maintain good relations with key persons in those firms to obtain inquiries for new projects.
3- Analyzes market situation and market prices and preparing a price monitoring report monthly to be submitted to the management.
4- Handling inquiries which require study the inquiry, clarifies with client any missing information in received queries, gives remarks and main points to estimation in order to be considered in our offer, checks our offer against client’s requirements before sending it.
5- Follows up submitted offers status with clients and responds to their comments and requirements promptly to be short listed for the project.
6- Negotiates with clients and finalizes all commercial and technical issues with them to win contract.
7- Upon winning order, hands over the project internally to the Project department and follows up with client until advance payment is collected.
