Position: Senior DevOps / Technical Support Engineer
Location: Hybrid
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain high-availability cloud infrastructure for ComRec’s healthcare platforms
• Lead Technical Support team on their daily operations
• Own CI/CD pipelines for .NET-based services (monolith)
• Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection (healthcare-grade standards)
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and cost optimization
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting
• Support SSL, DNS, backups, disaster recovery, and environment isolation (dev / staging / prod)
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers and tech leadership on architecture decisions
• Document infrastructure, runbooks, and operational best practices
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Technical Support experience in production environments
• Proven Experience working as DevOps Engineer
• Experience with AWS (or equivalent cloud provider) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience supporting .NET / ASP.NET Core applications
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and access control
• Very good experience working with databases (SQL Server preferred)
• Proven ability to operate mission-critical systems
