Weโ€™ve noticed that the most successful, high-speed squads are those where the lines between Frontend and Backend have started to disappear. We recently sat down for an internal deep-dive session to analyze this shift and what it means for the future of engineering in Egypt.

We didn't just find this in a report; we saw it in our own code reviews and delivery cycles. While global analysts like Gartner are now confirming this shift toward "AI-Native" development, we are already seeing its impact on the ground.

Here is what weโ€™ve learned from our projects about the new "Full-Stack" reality:
- Speed is a byproduct of Ownership: In our fastest-moving projects, engineers don't wait for a "handoff." A Frontend developer who understands the API logic can solve problems in minutes that used to take days of back-and-forth.

- AI as a Bridge, Not a Crutch: Weโ€™re seeing our specialists use AI to quickly navigate parts of the stack they used to avoid. This isn't about knowing everything; it's about having the confidence to own the entire feature.

- The "Human" Validation Layer: As AI generates more boilerplate, our project data shows that the most critical skill is Architectural Context. Research from McKinsey supports what we see daily: you need a "Big Picture" engineer to ensure the AI's output actually fits the system.

The Insight from our Squads: Weโ€™ve moved past the era of "I just do the UI." Whether you are a junior or a senior, the future belongs to the engineer who owns the outcome, not just the task.

This month, we celebrated the winners of our internal "Azm Squad AI Competition"๐ŸŽ‰

For four weeks, our team dug into AI: solving real problems, building innovative solutions, and turning curiosity into practical, measurable results.

But the celebration was never just about the prize. It was about what the challenge represents:

AZM Squad is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building enterprise-grade applications using SharePoint, .NET, and modern frontend frameworks.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using SharePoint, .NET, Angular, and/or React.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Work on scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across frontend and backend layers.
Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architecture and implementation decisions.
Conduct code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, UI/UX, and project teams.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and software design documents.

5+ years of experience in full stack development.
Strong experience with C #, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful APIs.
Solid experience with SharePoint development, preferably SharePoint Online and SPFx.
Strong frontend experience with Angular and/or React.
Good knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and state management concepts.
Solid experience with SQL Server or relational databases.
Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows.
Good understanding of enterprise software architecture, security, and performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.

Background in enterprise-scale deployments and long-term product ownership.
