مطلوب مدير حسابات يمتلك خبرة واسعة في مجال المحاسبة والقدرة على إدارة عمليات المحاسبة بدقة وكفاءة. سيكون مدير الحسابات مسؤولاً عن ضمان سلامة ودقة السجلات المالية، والإشراف على جميع الأنشطة المحاسبية، وتقديم التقارير المالية الدورية، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية والضريبية المحلية والدولية.

المسؤوليات:

الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية اليومية بما في ذلك الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، دفتر الأستاذ العام، والتسويات البنكية.
إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية الشهرية والسنوية والتأكد من دقتها والامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية المصرية.
إدارة عملية إغلاق الحسابات الشهرية والسنوية وضمان تنفيذها بكفاءة.
تطوير وتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية لضمان الامتثال والفعالية.
التأكد من الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والضريبية المحلية والدولية.
التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين لإتمام عمليات التدقيق السنوية بنجاح.
دعم عمليات إعداد الميزانية والتخطيط المالي وتقديم التوقعات المالية الدقيقة.
تقديم تحليلات مالية مستفيضة وتوصيات استراتيجية للإدارة العليا.
الإشراف على فريق المحاسبة وتقديم التوجيه والدعم لتعزيز الأداء المهني للفريق.
تحسين نظم الرقابة الداخلية والعمليات لضمان الكفاءة والنزاهة المالية.

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية مثل CPA أو CMA.
خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في منصب إداري.
معرفة معمقة بمبادئ المحاسبة والممارسات المتبعة في مصر.
إتقان استخدام برامج المحاسبة (تعتبر الخبرة في نظام Odoo ميزة إضافية).
مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات بدقة وكفاءة.
دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
قدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Graphic Designer Requirements:

• Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
