📌 Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top tech and non-tech talent.
Performance & KPIs: Develop, implement, and monitor employee KPIs, and measure overall staff performance periodically.
Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and foster a healthy, collaborative work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance, leaves, and ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
Culture & Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
