1-A female office manager
Job Description
• Serve as the point person for office manager duties including:
Maintenance
Mailing
Supplies
Equipment
Bills
Protects
Shopping
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
• Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
• Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Provide general support to visitors
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
• Compose, receive and forward e-mails, as well as phone calls.
• Manage Executive Manager calendar , Schedule meetings and appointments
• Organize and maintain office filing system.
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Job Requirements

2-Operations Manager - dropshipping / e-commerce

We are currently looking for a Facebook Media Buyer to join our team.
Within this role, you will:
• Create your own engaging ad copy (You must have experience with copywriting your own ads)
• Work with our creative design team to get new video creatives and images
• Write scripts for our video ads
• Do research on our products and competitor ads to see "whats working"
• Manage and daily optimize your campaigns
• Upload new ads daily to Facebook to achieve goals and company KPIs which range based on the product/campaign you are assigned to
• Develop & execute media strategy (including audience targeting, budgeting, bidding)
This is a full time role (40 hours per week). Our eastern european workers work from 7am-3pm EST M-F so please keep that in mind when applying.
To be successful in this role, you have:
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Facebook Paid Ads
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task on various projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to write your own ads that result in the desired action of the campaign
• High level FREE THINKER and communicator with a deep understanding of team work
• Understanding of Facebook Media buying, Pixel tracking, and other elements of Facebook platforms

Job Description
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
