We were commissioned to install a gate automaton system for a small community access.
A FAAC motor system with safety sensors, remote controls and a keypad access was installed. This allows access for their tradesmen without having extra remote controls.
Electrics were also installed to the motor.

A customer called to say their electric gate wasn’t working properly, it was partially opening, then sticking and stopping.

On inspection, we found the FAAC motor was fine, but one of the gate wheels wasn’t turning properly due to the bearings failing.

So we supplied and fitted a new wheel, now everything runs smoothly again.

We also supplied new override keys for their existing FAAC motor in case of power outages.

We were commissioned to supply and install an electric gate system and intercom whereby the owner can operate it all from their phone via an app.
We fitted a a FAAC electric gate motor with safety sensors and 4 remotes and a Fermax video wifi entry system.
The gate can be opened from the remotes, the intercom inside the house and via the app anywhere in the world where you have a data connection. 😊💪🏻
We also re-did the electrics, the transformer, and boxes as the original setup was buried under concrete and inaccesible and old.

We were commissioned to make an old set of wooden and metal gates into electric for a client in Xabia.
All the electrics needed attention and replacing with new connections and boxes. The gates were adapted to take welded metal supports for the arms and 4 remotes were added to the system.
The customer can now safely and securely and quickly enter into their home off the main road.

On request … we supplied and fitted this Erreka system with remotes, safety beam sensors and an outside numeric locksafe.
The villa is located on a narrow road so this makes it much quicker and safer for the owner to enter and exit without parking their car in the road and unlocking both gates manually and blocking other cars from passing.
A very happy customer means very happy us.

We were asked to go and see a gate that was not sliding properly and very difficult for the owner to open and close.

On inspection, we found that one wheel had seized, and the other, the bearings inside had broken casings.
We supplied and fitted new wheels, so now the owner can open and close the gate with one finger, super smooth. On very happy lady.
And so….. very happy us 😊
