Today, I had the pleasure of spending time with this beautiful dog named Palomita. 💕 When I first met her, I was told she is very caring, but I couldn't imagine just how caring she would be until we sat down to rest after our walk. That's when the magic happened. ✨ Initially, I had to gently pull her towards me, but once she realized I was willing to give her love, she gradually let her guard down. Eventually, she fell asleep on my legs, exposing her belly. There's nothing quite like the feeling of seeing a dog asleep next to you! 😴

After taking her home, as I bid her goodbye, I discovered that she had been adopted. I sincerely hope that the family she has found loves and appreciates her as she deserves! 🏡❤️ And I hope they cuddle with her all the time! She had me at hello, and I'm certain she will steal their hearts too! 💖

Muchas de las personas que nos contactan para adoptar buscan perritos de tamaño pequeño, dóciles y tranquilos. Pero en el refugio tenemos muchos perros que no se ajustan a estas descripciones, estos perros más activos y nerviosos también necesitan una oportunidad con familias con tiempo y ganas de compartir un hogar para siempre con ellos.

Meet Canuto, the sweetest dog I've ever met. I walked him twice at the animal shelter, and the second time was a whole different experience. Seeing him happy, active, and playful with the ball was such a fulfilling moment. He even leaned into me for cuddles and love, and it made my heart melt. It's amazing how much joy these furry friends can bring into our lives. Adopting a pet can truly change your world.
