JOB OFFER: Customer Service with – Helpdesk technician
For our multinational industrial client, we are looking for a polish “Customer Service – Helpdesk technician” who will offer service to customer users internationally.
🚀TASKS:
-User support complying with the agreements and SLAs agreed with the client.
-Resolve technical incidents of users linked to office and production environments.
-Categorize, prioritize and scale incidents and user requests.
-Monitor the status of incidents and requests, maintaining contact with the user.
-Document resolution of incidents, requests and quality procedures.
-Main technologies:
-Ticketing tools.
-OS Windows.
-Hardware: Tablet, PC, laptop, smartphone.
-Printing (printers and labels “picking”).
-Alarm monitoring.
🤹SKILLS:
-1 year of experience in a similar role as an IT helpdesk technician or customer service computer related.
-Languages: Fluent Polish | Technical English & Spanish
-Proactivity, adaptability, autonomy.
🕘 SCHEDULE:
-Rotatory Shifts every 15 days: 06 - 14h | 08-17h from Monday to Friday.
-Or Office Hour: From 08-09h to 17-18h (Monday to Friday)
-Own vehicle is essential to commute to the company.
-Or you can arrive by train!

-Range salary: 21k.
