🌷🌾 A patchwork of colours from space!

These vibrant agricultural plots in the Noordoostpolder, Netherlands 🇳🇱 were captured by Copernicus Sentinel-1 on 1 April, 3 June, and 2 August 2025.

The changing colours represent different stages of growth and harvest - a stunning example of how Earth observation helps us monitor vegetation across Europe.

🛰️ The mission plays a key role in tracking agricultural activity, forest cover, and many other land processes - all day, all night, and in any weather, thanks to its radar technology.
