Gorilla Arm recently helped Australian startup Chozun to redesign their web interface to make finding local service providers even easier than before. We designed a chatbot-style interface, where users can enter simple search terms and are presented with a highly readable and simple to understand interface, whilst maintaining a personal feel to their communication with the app. The design also lends itself to a highly-scalable platform offering a variety of different services, and configurations of products.

Once an order has been made, users can clearly follow the workflow of the app, indicating when their service provider will arrive, adding additional products, making the final payment and completing the transaction.

Chozun, currently focussed on the Asian market, is available now for iPhone and Android.
