Visiting customers in the most remote industrial areas is not fun. This is what we do to make it memorable:1 Book 20 min before the meeting to have a coffee in the centre of the closest town. Never visit twice the same coffee shop.2 Collect security brochures. At the end of the year they turn into a palpable way to measure how much we've done.3 Take creative pictures of the surroundings, without showing where we are.
