WHAT IT DO: Seeks Multi-Objective Predictive Models For All Classes of Data (molecular, medical, epidemiological, industrial, social, markets, ...) Based on Information Fusion Perturbation-Theory Machine Learning algorihtms developed by us.
WHAT KIND OF DATA: use as input numeric and text files (.txt, .csv, .xlsx, etc.) of multiple sources. The files contains clases of data with multiple output variables (efficiency, cost, selectivity, performance, etc....), multiple input variables (molecular descriptors, protein sequences descriptors, patients data, medical signals, medical images, market data, products characteristics, networks parameters...) files (.net, .mat, etc.). and multiple labels for each input/output variables (techniques, proteins, cell lines, tissues, organisms, populations, trademarks, companies, cities, countries, markets, ecosystems, .....
HOW IT WORKS: IFPTML = (IF + PT + ML) have 3 steps: (1) Information Fusion (IF) Step: it pre-process data from different sources and carry out data fusion and data engeneering in different formats. (2) Perturbation Theory (PT) Step: Pre-process all data numerically to calculate PT Operators (PTOs) that quantify all information of variables and their variability vs. labels. (3) Machine Learning (ML): it runs different data analysis algorithms (ANN, SVM, LDA, LOGR, RF, etc.) to seek models.
WHAT ITS FOR: IFPTML models can be used to predict at the same time multiple output properties of complex systems with different inputs and labels or experimental and environmental conditions, e.g, optimization of aactivity in assays, translation to , networks balance, prediction of networks , networks , and strategies planning, etc.
