If your PC crashes and won't switch off, always turn it off by holding down the on/off button for a few seconds. That way thw Windows operating system won't be damaged.

Watch out for scammers telling you that someone has logged into your PayPal account under a different e-mail address. Never click any of the links in these messages...

Just a reminder for everyone to be aware of the UKash virus which has a variety of formats across Europe and now the US.

Here in Spain it normally takes the form of an official looking message from the Guardia Civil (including the badge) which demands €100 to have the machine unlocked. The message accuses you of illegally downloading videos and or music.

Please do not pay the €100 as this will only give the scammers your credit card details and will not unlock your system.
