However, let's not forget it's also about finding the right life and work balance. So, let's also embrace those long, sunny afternoons and enjoy the well-deserved rest!

In a world that doesn’t always change for the better, it is important for us to make a stand today. And most importantly, to remember that this effort goes on throughout the year. We strive to champion inclusivity and diversity and become a space where everyone can feel safe, welcome and fully themselves no matter what - which is why this is our second year celebrating as a certified “LGTB+ Inclusive Company” by the Madrid LGTB+ Collective 🏳️‍🌈 

Values are about people and we celebrate ours as much as we take them seriously. Mirada is its people, and we couldn’t be prouder of ours.
