This was an email problem. Windows Live Mail 2012 POP3 not synching with BT Internet.....definitely challenging.

The POP3 SSL values were not set correctly and synching resumed.

This laptop was over heating and seizing.
A quick thermal paste change and it was working perfectly, ready to go home the same day.
We stress tested the hardware for a couple of hours using load balancing tools to prove what we expected.

You can send documents to us via email or WhatsApp and they’ll be ready for you to collect.
