Seeing some of the latest fake information shared through the internet and various accusations about us, we have decided to make an official statement to resolve all possible doubts about us.
Our current website (the design) dates from September 2020, using a premium template which offers us all commercial rights to it. We are aware that it is not up to date, and it is possibly not the best website in the world, but the updated version of the website that has been developed is not fully prepared to be released yet.
Our logo was created using Premium vectors of which we have all the commercial and use rights. In addition, we are currently looking for a designer to join our staff.
Known is the global crisis situation due to COVID-19, that's why currently all our employees work from home (teleworking) for security reasons, we are also looking for offices to be able to settle in the near future, although what has been explained previously and being teleworking, this (looking for offices) was not and is not our main priority right now. Currently, the registered office is the CEO home address, Mr. D. Germán Gutierrez O. For security reasons, only the city, province and state of the same have been shared until the office is rented.
Some other questions refer to the Spanish business registry. In Spain, it is legal to operate as an autonomous entrepreneur and to be able to hire people and use a company name (business name) without being in the Spanish business registry.

We are not currently conducting any commercial operation or providing any services. Even so, we are in the process of regularization.
On the other hand, some people ask how we have survived about one year without any income since we do not have a portfolio. It is a capital that comes from a bank loan for start-ups.
Currently, the team consists of the CEO, a legal advisory team, a product manager, a quality assurance specialist and the marketing team. Some of these services are outsourced or external.
